Lots of parking available most of the time. Very good price per hour.

Parking was $5 for nearly 12 hrs. We walked to the playground and then back to the loading dock for the Belle riverboat cruise. There were lots of people exercising and it seemed clean. There were a few homeless camps set up but all appeared orderly and maintained (as much as can be expected).

I paid with a pay machine at the parking with cash. It was $4 for 3h and $6 until midnight. You can use an app to pay but more expensive. You need to walk half an hour either to downtown or the big four bridge, but the price is good.
